At Emaan.pk, every piece is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver and backed by our quality promise. This page explains how exchanges and returns work, what's covered, and what to expect at each step.
Our Quality Promise
Every piece sold on Emaan.pk is made from genuine 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver, the industry standard for fine jewellery. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects and silver purity.
Lifetime Guarantee on 925 purity and manufacturing quality — for as long as you own the piece.
This guarantee covers genuine manufacturing defects and material purity. It does not cover normal wear, tarnishing from exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals, or damage from accidental misuse — see Non-Returnable Items below.
Exchange Policy
Changed your mind on size or style? We'd rather exchange your piece than see it returned.
Window to request an exchange for a different size, design, or piece of equal value.
No deduction on exchanges — only applies when requesting a refund instead.
If the replacement piece costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method or store credit.
Return Policy & Deductions
If you'd prefer a refund rather than an exchange, returns are accepted within the same 2–3 day window from delivery.
A restocking fee of 20–30% of the item's value applies to returns, based on the condition of the returned piece upon inspection.
This fee covers quality re-inspection, re-packaging, and handling, and reflects that silver jewellery cannot always be resold as new once it has left our workshop. The remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition, free of scratches or tarnish
- In its original packaging, including pouch and box
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
- Requested within 2–3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or engraved pieces
Made specifically to your request and cannot be resold.
Items damaged after delivery
Tarnish or damage from water, perfume, chemicals, or physical impact.
Requests made after the window
Return or exchange requests received after 2–3 days from delivery.
Items missing original packaging
Pieces returned without their original pouch, box, or proof of purchase.
How to Request
Contact us within 2–3 days
Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Get approval & instructions
Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address and packaging guidelines.
Pack and ship it back
Use the original packaging and include your order number or invoice inside the parcel.
Inspection
Once received, our team inspects the piece against the conditions listed above.
Refund or exchange processed
Approved requests are processed per the timelines below.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item passes inspection, refunds (minus the applicable restocking fee) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on how you paid.
Exchanges are shipped back out within 2–4 business days of receiving your returned item, subject to stock availability.
